"This is the best Florentino steak we have had since being in Italy. Enjoyed the La Carbonata multi course special. Presentation perfect. Each dish delicious. Did not take pictures of every course. Here are just pictures from the antipasti, secondi , and dessert."

"We had a great authentic Italian meal and experience tonight. My husband had the Florentine Chianina steak and I had the Fresh Potato Gnocchi and both were full of flavor. The dark chocolate hemisphere was a delicious dessert choice and came recommended by the waitress. Also, all of the staff who helped us were friendly and attentive. We had a great time and this is one of our favorite restaurants in Florence. Definitely recommend!"

"Between 2-3pm on a weekday(Thanksgiving), this was the fourth restaurant we stopped by and the only one being open. We had black truffle and ground boar pasta, both were very tasty. Loved the sliced truffle on top. The steak was cooked to perfection and tasted liked charcoal-grilled."

"It was my first lunch in Florence after finishing my schedule in Milan where fashion week was held. My co-worker and I visited at around 2 p.m., and it was very early to have steak, so the restaurant was quiet. Without waiting, I was guided right away and ordered Tbone steak, pasta, and cola. The meat was cooked well and tasted the best. The pasta was also delicious, but the steak was so delicious that I ended up eating it later. I felt bad that I couldn't join the wine because I had a schedule in Florence, and I will visit again next time. It's a shame that I didn't take a nice picture because I had to eat in a hurry. "This was hands down the best dinner we’ve had since arriving in Italy. The Fiorentina steak was incredible and the food overall was much better than what we tried in Rome. Super friendly and attentive service, they kept checking if everything was okay and treated us really well. Highly recommended."
